STEVE, Thanks for the old news. You might want to ask yourself what has happened to picoJava. Don't you think it should be deployed in their boxes? This looks like a platform for Hitachi hardware using Sun's JavaOS. Strictly a deal between Sun and Hitachi, who for whatever reason couldn't build-get their hands on the vaporware picoJava chip. Most likely a much more expensive and inefficient solution for their STB. Have you ever heard of the old saying <<You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours?>> I think this applies here. Maybe this is payback to Hitachi for losing millions trying to build a pico chip... Cap
