***Hey Gino...Good Work!!***
Can you show me the same info on other paint strippers...say SV-35? Ameristrip is so up front with their product. It seems Napier is so secretive...why? Bottom line, my sources tell me non of these "cancer free" strippers work at all...it's being overhyped! They just don't strip paint, can't do the job. Appears fruity acids work, but too many fruits spoiled the patent.

Paint strippers are plentiful, I'm told that Dupont however has one (safe paint stripper) that does work very well...check out Dupont. They have invested far more $ than NIR every will into this, you can bet your boots, son. How can I compare SV-35 to anything when I have 0 technical information on it not like other companies(i.e. ameristrip.) Can it (sv-35) be eaten by a child without harmful side effects?

I've been trying to find all this out for a while now...maybe you will have better luck than me.

Take care, Gino...keep digging..dig man, dig...

Peter

** Spoke to Jason at Napier today **

Apologies for the delay this evening - at least it's not after 1 AM like last time.

I touched base with Jason again today to see how everything was progressing. I don't want to be too long-winded so I'll just list everything that we talked about.

Napier's penetration into different market sectors just keeps INCREASING - I won't be able to keep up soon!!!!

(1) Financial Post article.

Jason said that he spoke to the reporter 8-10 times and was `a little surprised' at the tone of the report - which `focussed on aerospace' and `missed the point' - `as Napier HAS SINCE BROADENED ITS MARKET FOCUS'.

Things are moving quickly I guess. Besides we all want to corner the worldwide market in this sector don't we?

(2) NIR share price

Today's close is within the range that Napier and Aquasol considered it would rise to after the April 21 news - that is between $2 and $3. We have a very strong base now. No-one anticipated the run up to $4.88 (not yet anyway). They all feel comfortable with where NIR is now - sign of strong broad support.

In my view when we hear talk of `Why has the stock dropped so much since its high of $4.88' - who cares - no-one thought it would get there so quickly - the most important thing is to have a strong base of support which we have - and the companies are very happy with it!

(3) The much anticipated News release - will likely be a single BIG BERTHA release!!!

I know that we tend to be impatient - but there is method in the delay. They have a couple of agreements to announce. It'll happen `within a couple of weeks - likely sooner'. From my point of view - I'm happy for the News to be released when Brad feels comfortable that he has what he needs in place, which is:

The INSTITUTIONS WANT THE FUNDAMENTALS TO BE THERE FIRST' and `THEY DON'T WANT JUST ANOTHER NEWS RELEASE'. They are on the sidelines at present...just waiting. So the next news will be substantive!

Jason also said that they're going to try and combine everything into one big News release - kind of like a Big Bertha thermonuclear kind of thing I imagine. I know that Brad and his team are working as hard as they can to ensure that the business relationships with customers, old and new, are in place - and when they are then the News will be released. They realize the urgency of releasing the News so it'll be out just as soon as possible. That's fine with me - more time to buy in when I can.

(4) ICI and other business relationships

It's still a very young relationship with ICI - no talk of a takeover - no need for it. Napier will give exclusive licenses to ICI in some sectors, but not all. Best for everyone to keep the two separate. This would then allow Napier to grow, for Sergio to keep his team in place, and for Brad and his team to grow the business. Why kill the golden goose? Jason will likely need his own staff soon!!

Napier is `also at the table' with ANOTHER GROUP (don't know if it's the oil company or someone new).

However, we know that there's a large US oil company that's interested in these products to clean the inside of their storage tanks and lines. This is a market that ICI appears to be developing - and given the content of the April 21 news - I suspect that we'll see this also included.

Here's something nice and juicy for everyone: Napier is also talking with the WORLD'S LARGEST CONTRACT CHEMICAL PACKAGER for packaging SV-35 in the cans - coming to a hardware store near you sometime soon I imagine. He wouldn't tell me who it was - I said `Oh, why not - you know that when you tell me you're telling the world!'. We both laughed.

(5) Market penetration

Airlines/aerospace
Industrial side - bigger
RETAIL SIDE - *BIGGEST* anticipated market sector - and we thought it would be the airlines!

The US navy is also testing their products and reporting great results - as we all know.

Great to be developing an ever growing market base.

(6) Web site

It'll be up soon:

napierintl.com

It's going to be so nice to have it up and running and I presume that they'll have an `Investors' section - as many other publicly traded companies have on their web sites. A lot of the information that has been posted to the two NIR threads I hope will be contained in those Investor pages.

(7) `Greg from Edmonton' - our representative at the Calgary Oil Show

Greg has a trial membership to SI and he has sent me some posts over the last couple of weeks. He's been to visit with Ron Graham at ICI Devoe Coatings in Edmonton. Today Greg attended the biennial Calgary Oil Show. I spoke with him this evening as he was making his way back to Edmonton.

He said that the Show is based at the Calgary Stampede Grounds and is housed in four buildings. Greg `walked continuously' from the 10 AM opening until the 6 PM close - yet he couldn't visit all of the booths at the Show. There were also `good crowds' there. Brad and Sergio were there yesterday and he was sorry to miss them. Ron had a demonstration of SV-35 on hand and it has a `sweet aroma' to it he told me. Greg felt a bit under-whelmed by the exposure of the Napier/Aquasol products at the ICI booth - they were in a corner of the booth. The ICI guys (from all over Canada) were showing, in addition to `our' products, all of the other products that ICI markets. There's more to the industrial world than Napier and Aquasol I guess - Nah...no there's not :-)

Greg spoke to Owen who said that the ICI marketing guys haven't become very familiar with these products yet. We all tend to forget how new they are to the market. In my view we can look forward to good news from here on out - for a long time to come.

That's it - I'll take a look at my notes tomorrow and fill in anything that I've missed. Rich also spoke to Jason today and covered the same material - so Rich please fill in anything that I've left out - or clarify any points that I've made that are unclear.

Jason feels a bit uncomfortable about him now becoming famous! However, we both agree that it's critical to have as many investors as possible to be well informed - hence the relief for all when the web site is up and running.

It seems that the longer we wait for 'News' - the BIGGER EVERYTHING GETS!!!!

Off to bed,

David in Ontario :-)
