Eric, I just find it curious that you have privileged connections to Spencer's news releases unless you are his P.R. person. It's one thing to speculate on impending market agreements through conjecture,and another to state news facts before the release date. In the past,there has always been a great deal of hype into the release date, but little else was known. If it was your intention to provide a pre-release of news for the benefit of the board, then I apologize for my remarks. The effect, IMHO, did not help the stock price. Just have to wait till the next news announcement for any movement ( did I say Walmart, oops!)
