Thanks for taking a look at this. I have been trying to find any kind of agreement with TI but cannot find anything.

I saw the insider selling via Microsoft Investor. I didn't think there was a lot unless MI doesn't have it all. I also search Quote.com and Yahoo and couldn't find any. I agree that maybe the play should be postponed until later because they have stated that the earnings will not be there until next year.

I think I'll just put it on my watch list for now:-)
