Thank you for your input. I will watch and see what kind of treatment I get. I can easily pull out and put the money somewhere else.

So far, I am not very impressed. I always got all of my shares traded with DLJ. I would not put in an order for fewer than 100 shares, and although my trades often got broken into several partials, they always filled completely... I can not imagine a limit order for 500 shares to be purchased or sold, and not have the whole thing filled. I thought that is what the brokerage houses were supposed to do.

Dear Datek Online Customers,

I'd like to take a moment to clarify an issue that has been posted to this board.

When you enter a GTC order, and you receive partial fills, regardless of when they are executed (that day, over 3 days, etc) you will only pay one commission of $9.99. If you decide to cancel this order after receiving a partial fill, and you enter a new order for that same stock, you will incur a commission of $9.99 for that new order.

Also, I would like to encourage each of you to call 888-463-2835 when you have concerns or questions regarding any trade executions, policies, procedures, or just general questions. Our customer support team is here to help you resolve these concerns. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.

Thank you very much for your posts and the opportunity to address these concerns!

Regards,

Tim Richter
