It is my understanding that ORCL has some data wharehousing software (query tools) but do they currently have or have they announced their intention to enter the OLAP market. Seems like a logical move to compliment their database software.

I'm glad you brought that up. I hear that "Stockrumors.com" is advertising that Oracle has its eyes on Business Objects (BOBJY). Does anyone know if this is true?

Actually, Oracle is the market leader in the OLAP category; with the combination of its Express and Discoverer product lines.
