I think in LA CNN/FN is free, the same as ABC, NBC, CBS. So it is not carried by Cable. In another word, you don't need cable to watch it.

I just checked and I don't get CNN/FN either, just regular CNN and Headline News. And I have a satellite dish. Shouldn't have much impact then if the program is not widely carried.
