I do not know ECC but I am pretty certain that they do not "NEED" TMMI to peddle their wares. THey want to go public and the shortest route is a deal with a company already listed that needs THEM to strengthen etc. This is a marriage of convenience for ECC I'm almost certain. Haven't done any DD on ECC so I can't claim to know how their product is or will be accepted but I guess we'll find out more as we go along. My best guess is that they want to be listed and letting TMM become them is easiest way to go. Carol

Dear Robert, have faith....some dirty dog in california connected a long hose to a 1978 Cutlass tailpipe and sliped the other end into the window at the Camarillo offices. Too bad that John Denver cat took a dive , you could have asked him if thats what a Rocky Mountain High is???? or how a 100 million shares hydocarbonates into profit for all of us????
