A little bit of company news: Dow Jones Newswires -- June 25, 1998 Metromedia Intl Names Mark Hauf Pres, CEO Of China Unit Dow Jones Newswires EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- Metromedia International Group Inc.(MMG) named Mark Hauf president and chief executive of its Metromedia China Corp. international unit, effective July 1. In a press release Thursday, Metromedia said Hauf succeeds Max E. Bobbitt, who resigned to pursue other interests. Hauf has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Metromedia China since July 1997. Bobbitt will continue to serve as a director of Metromedia China.
