Thanks for your response. According to most Technical Analysts and in most if not all cases, when a stock hits it's 200-day MA and bounces off, the probability of a re-test within 1-2 weeks is almost a sure thing. If the re-test is successful, then you have a double bottom established at the 200-day MA which is extremely positive and followed by a major move to the upside towards the previous high (look at SEPR's chart back in August '97).

The next over-head resistance will be at the 50-Day MA (~$43), which should attract Institutional Buyers as you had mentioned ONLY if taken out with heavy volume !!!!

I have been a strong believer in SEPR and I continue to add to my position at these very attractive prices. I hope your year-end price target is correct, although mine calls for the mid 70's. GOOD LUCK.
