Interesting, called Fidelity Automated Quote System, at 1:30 VLNC at 5 1/8 down 1/16, Bid 5 Ask 5 1/16. Called again
received the same quote and bid/ask.

Called my broker and was told this often happens with thinly
traded stocks on the NASDAQ.

However, in all my years of getting quotes, have never
experianced this.
