Asensio is clearly lying about the Colormate III. Having thoroughly read the FDA report and Asensio's report, I have no doubt. I'm not going to work on that anymore. Here's what bothers me: Asensio knows he is lying about this. But he also has the second prong of his argument: Underhanded stock shenanigans with Dreyfus, IA, the mafia, whatever. I know nothing about this stuff. What if he really has something here? Anyone know this stuff well? All he really needs is one really juicy set of facts. Then CCSI looks bad, even with a great product, and Asensio wins, at least partially, even with all of the lying. So it would be great if someone can authoritatively counter this second prong. Wade
