There you go inferring that you have damaging information on Caye Chapel yet again. That inference is a problem for me. You couch your reticence to share as responsible reporting and the process you are laboring under as due dillegence. It appears, though, that your intent is to substantially harm Caye Chapel by these inferences. You tried to do the same with the Great Plains acquisition but failed. You said that someone alerted you to the violations of plugging extensions that GPI had outstanding with the TRRC but you say you work alone. I asked you who you are working with, who is feeding you your information and you simply ignored my request to share the identity of your sources. I can only assume that you are working with a person or persons unknown to substantially harm Caye Chapel. You have also denied being contacted by the Texas State Securities Board Houston investigator John Fahy in regards to Oilex. No case file has been opened by the TSSB but Mr. Fahy has been on a fishing expedition calling shareholders and soliciting opinions and information, improperly in my opinion. It seems likely that Mr. Fahy would have contacted the most infamous of Oilex bashers to further his preliminary investigation. When Mr. Fahy spoke with me he was in possession of many of the claims of and innuendos of wrondoing that you have spewed forth in the past year. Either he had waded through that lengthy list of libelous diatribes or he went straight to the source. Whatever the case it is clear that you have a deep seeded grudge against everyone involved with Oilex and now with Caye Chapel. I re-iterate that you are on a dangerous course with little or no benefit to yourself but rather actually exposing yourself to great financial harm.
