If you look at Message 4812084

It appears that the demise of tool companies has been greatly exaggerated. Looks like they will be doing lots of business. I'm very bullish on SEEC. Their PEG is one of the most attractive of all the Y2K stocks! A real bargain IMHO.

Looks like nothing but buys this morning.

Looks like money is trickling back into the quality Y2K players.
