Class Action Against Chromatics Color Sciences, Inc.

NEW YORK, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Pursuant to Section 21D(a)(3)(A)(i) of the Private Litigation Securities Reform Act
of 1995, the Law Offices of Steven E. Cauley, P.A. and M. Clay Raggsdale hereby give notice that a class action complaint
has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of a Class of persons who
purchased Chromatics Color Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCSI - news; ''Chromatics'' or the ''Company'') securities at artificially
inflated prices during the period July 30, 1997 through June 9, 1998, inclusive (the ''Class Period'') and who were damaged
thereby.

The Complaint charges that throughout the Class Period, the Company and certain of its officers and directors violated
Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by engaging in a scheme to artificially inflate the market price
of Chromatics common stock by making misrepresentations and omissions of material fact concerning the uniqueness, technical
capabilities of, and market for the Company's Colormate Tlc-BiliMeter.

Any member of the proposed class who desires to be appointed lead plaintiff in this action must file a motion with the Court no
later than sixty (60) days from June 10, 1998. Class members must meet certain legal requirements to serve as a lead plaintiff.
