WOW! What a day on 100+ posts. Nothing more to say there:-)

Took the Wednesday off like all good dentists. No not to play golf but to make the monthly court run. To bring this all back to reality, TMMI will be going to court next Wed to close the BK once and for all and have our company back in a non-bankruptcy mode. BK court shows everything a GO! I suspect that the BK era of TMMI will be over next week. I will be there to confirm.
Nothing has changed on the Jackson case. No new papers in that file. Court date sometime in August. Yes I will be there too! Stay tuned!

Now I have been asked to give a more detailed comment. First I must say this stock is a bulletin board stock which should explain the type of investing. Namely HIGH RISK! GAMBLE! CRAPSHOOT! As for due diligence, that is up to the investor. I have tried over the years to give an impartial opinion. A few shareholders have also elected to show support financially. So we are all in at various levels. Yes this release is typical TMM but does that surprise anyone? It was written by the same person every time! From my DD I believe (we really need a lawyers opinion) we have no viable agreement with ISI or at least not to the extent we all originally believed. Now that is not to say ISI does not owe us something. Again needs to be settled in court. Both sides have legitimate claims.

We have a court case coming up with Randy and Katherine Jackson. My opinion Jackson owes us. But like all legal battles it will depend on the best legal defense or offense. May be quite a while before we know anything there.

As for the release, without reading into it too much I see a huge positive in that we will now OWN I say that again OWN a patent. We own NO patents presently! Now I have no idea as to the value or effectiveness of the product. I don't even know where to start other than to find another "Crazy" investor like myself in Denver to look up the company and do some DD there. Any takers? :-)

The release also states, "It provides us "ACCESS" to an infrastructure developed by the University of Colorado" It does not say we own it or are acquiring it. We will have to wait to see exactly what we are acquiring.

Yes I am positive (what do we own now?) But are we really better off as common shareholders with this merger? Time will tell.
