Update on authorized--

The 10-Q for 2nd qtr shows:
The authorized share count is 1.8 Billion

I had reported, from the Annual Stockholders meeting documents for
the meeting in October 1997-----

>>cisco is currently authorized to issue 1,205,000,000 shares, total. 5,000,000 is preferred shares--the rest common shares. Gotta have em authorized first. Thought I'd just mention this little factoid before this particular thread began to sound like Bay was being bought Proctor and Gamble, or sumthin like that ;-)

Of course, that document said nothing about Bay and Proctor and Gamble ;-))
