Treatment is a huge issue. Treatment could employ alot of people while solving these very sad issues. We are going to pay for it one way or the other. I vote for treatment rather than jail, welfare, hospitalization, food stamps.

Seeing how you are paying ZERO $ in taxes now I guess you could afford to pay a little more. Or you could sell your garden vegetables and give the money to the social welfare bureaucrats who will put $9 out of every $10 in their own pocket.
