Doug, Anyway that you can get it to them is fine but if one sends the letter via E-mail as an attached form then you are betting that the office you are sending it to has the capability to run the same software program that you are running. Even if it is the same sofware program then they will also have to have a later or equivalent version of that software. Although a .txt version may be a pretty safe format.
