Jim, my take on the Minorca situation is an astounding HMMMMMMMMM!!! What was Horst up to and why is Minorca shying away or are they???? Maybe they (Dayton) won't receive Minorca's votes on Wed., which by the way while Jerry Springer is taping his show at the Dayton meeting, I'll be vacationing soaking up some sun with Mickey, Pluto, and Donald, and maybe Jane incog at the beach.... :-)
