News release on DYES yesterday.

Rose International Selects Wall Street West Communications, LLC for Massive Stock Exposure Program

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 1998--Rose International Inc. (OTC BB:DYES) announced today that the company has selected Wall Street West Communications, LLC for stock exposure services.

WSW is a Denver, Colo. based stock research firm that focuses on undervalued stocks and special situations. Last week Rose International Inc. acquired the Accord Group Inc. and Securities Resolution Advisors Inc. in exchange for 82% of the company. The majority shareholders have approved the name change of the company to SECURITIES RESOLUTION ADVISORS INC. The company will immediately file a form 14c to effectuate the name change.

Daryn P. Fleming, President of Wall Street West stated "We have discovered a seriously undervalued gem because the price of the stock still reflects the value of the old company. As shareholders learn what is happening and revalue their company to reflect the new one, we expect a phenomenal increase in the stock price." Securities Resolution Advisors' primary business is to advise investors as to their rights and possible course of action with respect to securities claims. SRA uses both in-house attorneys as well as outside counsel to represent investors that have fallen victim to broker fraud. SRA handles all cases on a strict contingency basis including the advancement of most expenses incurred while conducting an arbitration. SRA offers representation throughout the United States.

Wall Street West Communications, LLC has recently been successful in bringing attention to special situations like that of SRA. Several weeks ago Wall Street West informed investors about a similar situation with Tigershark Enterprises (OTC BB:TGSK). The stock price rose from the 5/8 area to $3. A research report on Securities Resolution Advisors is currently being developed.
