Zeev, Thanks for your thoughts. I Agree something must have been given away to get that money and the additional money they alluded to for doing the UPR deal and the additional wells in Nebraska. I can't imagine with the share issued being so high already they could do any Reg S or 504 financing. More likely the lenders have been given a % of future revenue from the company or a simple loan. I think someone has confidence to give them any money but mine is eroding as fast as this stock price. Stamm seems to have his head up something while others are blowing shares into the float as fast as they can. This passive shares reclamation attempt isn't going to work. They need to do a fast mandatory exchange of certs again or arrest some people. cya, Bob PS This is looking like a file and forget investment!
