It seems to me that the problem cannot be tracked in some countries. There are countries where Viagra would sell but no one is going to attribute the death to Viagra. So it will just sell more and more will die. No woman is going to "tell". The man may not even divulge that he is using viagra to the woman. A sudden and mysterious death. Or attribute all deaths to "heart attacks" by doctors and quack doctors. I think, you know who, is playing with lives. I am serious here. In the largest democracy in the world, the thinking is if the Americans can do it so can we!
