jmt: I completely agree re: acquisitions and diluting of share value. Also,

I, too, would very much like to see more about the fundamentals. From the data as we've seen it, some of the components {e.g. P & S, Intile}, are presently profitable, but I don't know what % each subsidiary represents to the whole. Although I remain very positive about the s/t growth and n.l/t outlook for EDII, another component about which I am unclear, is the undeveloped real property that is purportedly adjacent to a good prooducing [o/g] lease. I would appreciate it if someone on this Thread can either refer me to a post I missed, or to some other source for data about it ---- and specifically, the exact location and EDII's mineral ownership interest in the property. If that can be provided, I may be able to better contribute thoughts about its value [naturally, IMVHO].

As I indicated above, I concur with your concerns about the significant increase in # of shares -- and whether the diluting of value per share will be worth it in revenues derived from the acquired companies. I guess if we look at the WMT example, we needn't have a care in the world. = :)

A good day to all ........
