11. Never buy a stock on the day you've called the bottom because you will be able to pick it up for at least 15% less within 3-4 days....<g>

This question remains. That's why among your value portfolio choices, TCMS stands out as the one least likely to suffer much more downside. For the land drillers, the possibility that they may go down further and stay down longer adds more risk. The TCMS business in pipeline installation and repair and fabrication should remain strong even if drilling dayrates continue weak.
