My wife is currently trying to get an account at AIB. Her only complaint is that the Visa Check Card is separate from the ATM Card (not one card). But overall she is very impressed, she called on Sunday for info, and had no problem finding someone to talk too (try that with a major bank). She hasn't even been approved yet, but she is telling all her friends about AIB, she just keeps saying four percent checking, four percent checking (I'm not sure if the current rate is still 4% but the point rings true in any case). I think this is the first time I have seen her excited about her checking account (she is used to paying 70 dollars a year to Correstates for free checking). Benny
