I am more interesting in the financial term of the deal. Hmmm... Brian always leak some hint to the public. I remember that he had mentioned "WWF" in the Red Chip conference.

From this, how do you get

"Take a look at the two statements and see who is responsible for development of the games. The JAKKS statement says they are."

To me, it says joint development of the games--just like the THQ release does.

I must say, you've got me wondering if I can read anymore. :)
