Ed; I didn't find any press releases regarding the SH meeting, but would think that the company is still in the process of negotiating with the board regarding options, and that may be why no release as of yet. With the low volume, I would be on alert regarding someone trolling for stops, I don't see any large bid's out there to offer support, and a 10k sale would probably trigger a lot of stops under 3.
