Tonto, to be "caught again", would suggest I was 'caught before'. Again this may serve your interest to fabricate lies for me/us to defend, but again they do not warrant a defense since the contentions are yours and yours alone. You vouched for s martin, though he is anonymous, as was B Mart. Therefore , unless you hacked S.I. for their personal & confidential information, you must have some kind of relationship with both. Since you vouch for s martin, that suggests a relationship exists. s martin posted that I was sued for libel by Dempsey Mork. His posting came BEFORE I made it public that I was supeonaed as a witness in Morks Civil Case Vs. RMIL. Mike Kugler PM'd me of the exact moment I was served the supeona. Since only Mork, Myself and the lawyers knew of the supeona, it suggests a relationship between Mork, Kugler and s martin. Deduction tells me that the causal relationship between Mork, martin, yourself & Kugler AND the large undeclared short at RMIL and subsequent shorting of TVSI....demonstrates, that tho it may be Mork & the MM's who are short RMIL, others may very well be here on their behalf. So, in context, you're post is a poor representation of your contention I claim anyone other than Mork or the MM's are short TVSI or RMIL.
