Dear H-Man: I am assuming you have access to Edgar-Online. You will find that on Feb 10, 1998 a form 144 was filed on DIXS stating that 53,500 shares were to be sold by a certain gentleman I shall not name. Granted, he has had 3 months to sell since then but this doesn't preclude those with less than 5% holdings to be selling all day long without filing this form 144. As you know it is not hard to have your stock issued in several different company names in order to get around the filing rules. I just want the public to be aware of certain things that may be happening. Have a nice day and please do some research before you call anyone a liar. It makes you look childish.
