I sincerely doubt that we need ever worry about these being stranded reserves. These counties have coal and logging access road all over the place and have been actively mined, drilled, logged etc. for almost two centuries (or more). Also, let me tell you how they deal with reserves behind a mountain that they want to get to. They move the mountain (no exaggeration). BTW, just got off the phone w/ Jack. I am impressed.
