I can see that I may have to educate you on securities law. Lets assume for example that it looks like you may be the beneficial owner of 10% of company XYZ before it goes public. You can at that time instruct the company XYZ to issue shares in your name and possibly shares in a company name and so on. Thus you have just avoided the filing rules. Even though as you say, a bulletin board company is not required to file form 144, isn't it also true that they are not currently required to be fully reporting as well. Tell the whole story and please check Edgar On Line. If you don't have access to it, spend the $30 bucks a month to get it. I'm sure you've made that much on pumping up DIXS.
