It is a private newsletter that you need a referral to be a member - I am not one. Look it up in a search as I do not have it bookmarked. It stands for Northern Investment Coalition. Kholberg Capital seem to have their companies profiled there.

Martin 100k cross at .26 - Interesting - look at the chart then look back to before it ran to 55 cents in March/april then note the date and go to posts here about that date or just before - 100k crosses by Midland. I have not checked to see who this was this time. I bet it was Midland on the sell side
