a 10:1 would leave 5,000,000 Zulu shares outstanding, hardly a liquid market, and why really upset all SIM or ZULU employees who hold stock... talk about boosting employee morale...

Does the co. really want to dilute their own holdings at that extreme?

You know, Jon, a few times you've alluded to the assertion that folks were stating in stone that the ESVS dividend was not going to lower the ESVS share price. You just did it again with the following comment:

"It requires manufacturing value out of thin air - similar to the previous assertions that ESVS would not drop when it was split. (OK, when they issued a stock dividend...)"

Now, as I recall--and I've been around a long time on this thread--whatever statements (or assertions, as you call them) that were made, regarding what would happen to the ESVS share price after the dividend, were theoretical at best.

So quit your repetitive and anonymous tagging action, will ya? In effect, you're trying to build yourself up by putting someone else down, and you're doing this by taking someone's theory and presenting it as fact presented against your own contrary opinion.
