I have to agree that I like the way this is written. It also says a lot in what it does not say. Look at the following (emphasis mine)

Magruder said, ''The next major telecom opportunity is in international IP telephony and we are positioned and ready to make an aggressive move into this arena. We have the technology, the strategy and the resources we need, now including the management, to become a major player in this emerging market.''

This indicates to me that we already have things in place overseas in addition to the 4 cities announced earlier. I believe these guys have in fact been on board for a while which strengthens my suspicion that we have our act together overseas to a greater level than has yet been announced.

I must admit that having griped in the past about the quality of the releases and Presidents ( now Chairmans ) messages I am very pleased with the latest offerings.
