I certainly wish that the SB-10 would be out. Having said this it is beyond my understanding that there are people playing against a Co. that has been given GRANTS and soft loans to "OWN!!" a IP hub in Germany. A Co. that has established business networks in S.E. Asia and the Middle East. That is in the process of aquiring an ISP in the US. That is in the process to establish its presence in the main S.American markets.
