I think the reversal in the recent short term trend is principally an overall market effect due to currency problems in Asia.

ORCL, to some extent, tends to move with the overall market, especially the hi-techs. Given that, the reversal has not been as significant as other hi-techs have experienced. Of course, there are notable exceptions such as high-flying stocks such DELL with a minimal exposure to Asia.

thanks for your continued posts tech master. i just hope the overall market conditions don't spoil the positive earnings we longs are hoping for. if the market is in a downdraft, this could ruin our higher base level of support for 3 months until new good news comes out at the next earnings report.
