i have to hold what i have. but i want to address the management who is no doubt looking over this thread today. credibility has become strained lately. the wsj article stated that dgiv said that financials would come out in a few days, in response to the leery view taken of the company by investors, who refuse to bet on earnings of .02 in '97 alone. a few days have passed. the 10-sb was supposedly filed weeks ago. edgar has nothing on dgiv yet. it may be that somewhere along the line jc gave someone some stock as part of a deal, some cash-strapped company who needs to cash in their chips. and this could be the reason for the sell-off we're seeing today. another reason might be insider selling on seeing less than positive numbers for recent quarterly earnings. so at this point many scenarios come to mind. as loyal investors, i think it is time that we be given some information to dispel the sort of speculation that comes from days like this one. otherwise, the confidence factor in this stock will erode and a lot of people, and the company, could get hurt.
