Brett, have a look at KCAP - you're always looking for the low float, undiscovered country. Key Capital Corp. (OTCBB "KCAP") is a diversified financial management company that wholly-owns or has substantial equity positions in numerous public and private corporations. More like a mini closed-end mutual fund.

Sounds pretty dull, huh? Now the exciting part...

Their latest success has them providing banking and management services to Crystal Recovery Systems (CRS) - a privately-funded Cancer Research company. KCAP will be coordinating a limited "Seed Share" 504 Offering for CRS, as well as their subsequent Public Listing as an OTC-traded corporation.

This may be one of those rare opportunities to "Get In Early" as you say, on one of the many Cancer Development Companies that almost never see the underside of $10.00... Oh yeah, this treatment works on... HUMANS!!

Current price: .44 to .50 which is off .10 or so... IR says that there is only about 800K in the float, and to look for increased buying next week.

Further details are at the KCAP Web Site: kcap.net

Zack (long for KCAP) Goodman
