Fahnstock hasn't been covering today -- unless they are routing their offers through INCA. They have been heaviest on the inside offer of any other MM. I don't know how they or their clients do it. They must have lots of cash to burn. I think we're headed up but the shorts haven't given up. Wedbush and SELZ are providing support at 25 right now. There is lots of retail buying through DATEK (Island). Off Topic Anyone want to sell some NCES to me at 8 5/8?
