Watch SAWS; I think it will drop to 6+; where it ends up will be a flat line for a while with all the neutrals and holds. Look at VRLK in 1997 chart for guidance to this type of situation. Terrific opportunity for a double at the basing price. There are bargins galore opening up. With the techs, in a correction, you have to grab the bargins as they unfold. The first down often gets a bounce up while others keep falling so just getting out during the whole collase is not the way to play these situations. Dead thread on a great day of opportunity; weird. Typical of SI; paralysis when more work should be done than ever. This is the time to make the list for plays to come up soon.

Semiconductor Capital Equipment: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter analyst Jay Deahna expects 1998 semiconductor capital
spending to decline more sharply than previously forecast; Mr. Deahna expects spending to decline 20%-to-22% from a
previous estimate of 12%-to-14%; cites much lower-than-expected utilization rates.....

Techs are just going to get killed for the 2nd half of the year; ASIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
