Jeffrey, that is not true. Please, quit spreading this mis-information. ZULU and ESVS are not one and the same. They may become one and the same at some point in the future.

The market doesn't seem to share your opinion. An actual SEC filing stating that the merger is a done deal would probably be the only thing that will get this stock to move in the direction shareholders hope it will.

BECAUSE they are 1 of the SAME ZULU/ESVS Not yet. We've been through this though. I don't deny "something" is in the works, I only state that it ain't over until the fat lady sings, and that we can't be 100% sure of what the "something" will be. When it's over, you won't be reading: "the two companies are pursuing a joint business combination, which is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval and compliance with NASDAQ rules." The key is their pursuing something, and they've got some hurdles to clear. The market seems to see this too, so only ESVS rises on good ESVS news. ZULU used to rise on good ZULU news, but unfortunately we haven't seen much of that lately. If they were one, both would rise on good news. If ZULU stands to gain more from a deal, ZULU would rise more. But it doesn't. BF
