HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Hi Everyone. Im back, and as bullish as ever. Although many have posted here that a dividend may not be a very good idea for the company, i on the other hand disagree. Yes, the dividend will infact leave the company with less cash reserves to work with, but the number one goal of this company is to move to a higher exchange, and at this juncture the only thing stopping them is a $4 price tag. The only way to get there is to get the shorts out of the way, and yes Harold, there was and is a big short position in this stock. So why do i think that this dividend announcement is an important and proper step in the life of TGSK? There are two specific reasons. First of all, because the float is only 2.5 million shares, the actual cost to the company is $250k. The rest of the funds will go to insiders and guess who that is? yes Colin. Colin in the past has shown that his #1 priority is TGSK. He had laid out personal cash and his familys money to invest into this company. Therefore it doesnt concern me that he will pay dividends to himself, for when that money, if ever needed, will once again see the bank account of TGSK. In essence, a $250k "investment" will accomplish making shareholders happy and most importantly irritate the shorts. This brings me to reason #2 why i think todays announcement is a very good one. At this point, my understanding is that the current short position is about 2 million shares. Obviously these shorts have prevented us from getting to higher price levels, and ultimately to Nasdaq listing. I believe this strategic announcement will force some shorts to cover because what ultimately happens is that the shorts have to pay out the 10cent dividend to the ones who they borrowed the stock from. In essence, this will cost them at least 200k dollars. Some have indicated that the dividend is not the most optimal strategy for a growth company, and i would under normal circumstances agree with this line of reasoning, however, this is far from a normal situation, and i believe that a $250k investment on the part of TGSK will accomplish a whole lot more than an additional buyback. It will put a hole in the pockets of the shorts and it will bring an additional interest from the longs, and those who have been sitting on the sidelines looking to get in. So who losses out here? Colin, the shareholders or the shorts? I hope you see my point. Sincerely, Brodway.
