The leaks of insider info to the SI board was on of the reasons (they say) that another good company (DCTC) was not given the NASDAQ Small Cap status last year...
The leaks were done by the CEO himself. Since then, he was advised by his attorneys not to do it any more.

Clarification: As far as I understand, info from Brian is NOT insider info. The hint "george told me the news is coming: IS insider info.
