Maybe you will get your wish (in a round about way). From what I understand the the Visa/CJ joint venture is a LLC that will be set up in Delaware, in other words, will act for the most part, like a seperate company (name and all). It might make sense for this joint venture to have an alliance with SETCO (CF still get's 50% of the revenue). I guess it depends where the best fit is, if there is one.

Your funny. Hmmm.., I wonder who is doing this processing now. Could it be FDC? I guess this would be like when your country is at war, and instead of bombing the front lines, you nuke their supply dump. Are you sure your not a retired General or something?

Benny (I guess you envision a name change for FDC,..something like NDC?)
