And I read somewhere that the best time to buy stock is when no one else wants it. It's a really a great buy at these prices IMO. Hopefully it won't go up by next week and I'll be able to pick up another 5,000 shares. (Of course there are those that would kill at those words) but what the heck the 24th is still a bit off.

OT

Ha! Well you can tell Ms Arendt from me that human beings are also distinguished from other animals in their ability to cheat, lie, make false promises, and probably another 100 ignoble traits.

Have a nice day!

PS. Did I mention sarcasm and hypocrisy ;-)

Please help me in understanding some of these statements from annual report:

Pg.7

"In the event of ineligibility, and delisting, the ability of shareholders to sell their stock and the value of the stock would be adversely affected."

And

Pg. 31

"The Company has a working capital deficit of $675,630 as of September 30, 1997 and has incurred losses since its inception that raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern."

I'm not an accountant so feel free to be patronizing. I think a discussion of ongoing losses and liquidity is in order - if for no other reason than to kill the time.

Thanks,

Eric
