My thoughts for what it's worth,

KRY issued
"A dissenting judgment of one of the Supreme Court justices expressly acknowledged that yesterday's ruling contradicts those earlier decisions."
This is they key for my belief that KRY would win. I believed that the Venezuelan Supreme Court would not ignore it's previous ruling. Well they did ignore it and told KRY that they owned the land but could not mine it. To me this is analogous to a story like this:
Doctors find an unborn child that has an immunity to AIDS. The doctors can't wait to examine the child when it is born to see why it is immune. But the woman has an abortion so the Supreme Court rules she is guilty of murder even though abortion has been ruled as legal by this same Supreme Court. The court bowed to the pressure from the people to give the people what they wanted, revenge for destroying the possibility of a cure for a disease, and not what the law dictated.

I do not believe the bull that Bob Bishop sent out about how they were bribed. They succumbed to the pressure from government and big business. Just like the OJ jury when they looked at OJ's money and power and saw that he killed some nobodies, so they let him off the hook ignoring the evidence.

I would say KRY is finished in Venezuela. They do not have deep mineral rights at Albino or anywhere else in Venezuela. The Venezuelan Supreme Court has just ruled that if you own land and discover gold the MEM will take it from you and give it to an established gold producer. That happened with Bre-x when the President of Indonesia gave the gold to Barrick and himself. Now look at that country in complete economic collapse due to massive government corruption.

From my perspective I believe that Venezuela is not inviting for junior miners. If you stake a claim and find some gold the MEM will take it from you without compensation. What JV is going to go there knowing that?

Should of, would of, could of,
There is no justice
Just greed and power
