Those funds are from the sale of fraudulent shares - right?

Yes but NOT on the part of the company or the board of directors only on the part fo Dan Fisher.

I don't believe that Arcon could do anything that they wanted to do with the money.

Sure they can ...it is money in the company's check book for what ever purpose they want and I would assume it would be right into the DF-144 project.

I, for one, wouldn't want DF-144 plants being built with money derived from the sale of bogus stock and I don't believe that the company could do that.....(profit from a crime).

Now wait a mintue the company is not profiting from a crime on there pare they are collecting the funds on isssued stock like a private placement. It is the company stock that was issued and the company is entitled to be paid for it.

I feel that their only choice would be to take the bogus shares out of the marketplace.

I do not believe they will do that but instead get a plant built and get on down the road. Renvenues, sales, etc. etc. etc.

Has this question been put to the SEC attorney for Arcon?

One of the first ones...

The other question that I asked....I was only looking at the volume (not the price) and trying to imagine "an extra" 50,000 MIDLP being "buried" in those numbers.... Now, I love to imagine 50,000 MIDLP being BOUGHT on the open market.

Ok Look back at the 66K that traded back from a few weeks ago. Well everyday after day until the SEC attorney stepped in ... well it tkaes 3 day to process then 3 days to freeze and notify and 3 days to margin call. Now all this can be stalled on good delivery and once the stop trnasfer were put in place I believe it is 3 days and the stock has to be bought back in the market.

Apparently there is more than the 50K that were sold because the funds on the 50K is frozen from my understanding. That money is Midland's which they rightfully should be paid for the stock issued.

Hope this clarifies this.
