Hello Peter V: Yes, I think I am short CCSI--should get a confirmation slip today--and yes it is my lapse to confirm it with the brokerage. Should be 300 to 500 shares at 6-1/4--I was two days late in reading Barbara J. Payne's alert. More if it gets a little more over 8. The point of doc endorsements--unless they are wrapped up with representations that have tooth--they have little merit. To take stock in a representation it must be made definite such that there is significant liability incurred by the representer if they are acting falsely. Best regards, m
