Sadly, I think it's time to fold em' I'm sorry to say that I don't believe there's the will on this thread to form such an action group. There has been calls for such a thing before & nothing was accomplished. The crime, I think, is that this company can hold back information from the VSE & the only penalty seems to be that the company will be delisted. It's dead anyway. It is a crime that there is no protection for the small investor in cases such as this.At least,when there's no mutual fund(s) who were burnt who gives a s... Someone said that they neaver made false claims or published salted results. Well, maybe not, but the issue is investors feel they have been defrauded because of comments made by "Pop the Corks" Merle & assay results that neaver came. We deserve what those results were at least, but we'll probably neaver see them. So much for my rambling. I hope I'm proved wrong . Regards.

Greetings John From talking to the co and vse my previos posts state my feelings. The co seems to be left with few alternatives as the vse refuses to reinstate npa.They are pursing the otc listing in the us to get the co trading again even so it will make raising capital difficult with the vse non-review still going on there seem to be only two ways the vse will resolve this with the death of the co or its asking to be delisted.I can not remember a co that has sat this long without any word from the vse or being delisted.The current management seems to be legitimately trying to save this co what would be there point for continuing at the present if that was not there goal.At present they have little finacial stake in the co and no liability for what has tanspired.The only way to help the new board help the co and us is for everyone to do as you have done get on vancouvers case by calling and demanding answers a letting them know that we are after them not the new board and that we will not go away.Whether we have to pursue this through the RCMP/the courts with legal action against the vse as well as Henning including Holland and any others involved with the so called review.We have to go for the deep pockets on this namely the vse they are dragging there feet on this without giving any justification or showing any results.There is no one directly involved with the co to investigate the co is being penalized for the actions of the former board with no actions against them. Guess whos gone from sr also halted since april Gary Henning and John Logan.Wonder how many shares were traded by Gary of npa last year and other family members.The vse definetly has people to investigate but not npa or its current board the co should be trading and the old board in jail but that would violate the old boys code.
